The grounds are kept clean, the renovations inside the apartments are tasteful, and the locations can't be beat. It is within walking distance of a dog park and beautiful trails. It has a quiet, residential feel in a big city.
The location, pricing, service, and general build of the apartments are fantastic here. The location feels homey, and the tree coverage and community is lovely. It felt like they completely neglected the cleaning in my apartment when handing it over to us. It took us a week to clean everything up ourselves, and maintenance took about two weeks to just fix all the issues because their maintenance team seemed to be so short staffed. Your experience will be hit or miss at cortland 3131. Our residents get to enjoy a wide variety of spectacular amenities that provide them with a truly extraordinary living experience.
Pricing & Floor Plans
After dealing with several subpar management companies over the years, Cortland is by far the best we've experienced. It does feel like they actually care about the people living here, and ensuring that we live in a good community. I love living in this community and love most everything about the service and amenities, however, I do not love the extra monthly cost for valet trash service. Considering the size of this community, it is not necessary, and I have not appreciated this service being forced upon me and my monthly expenses.

I have been a resident at Cortland 3131 for over a year and can't praise them enough for how hard they work to keep the residents happy.
The office staff is always welcoming and responsive, and maintenance rapidly fixes any issues that may arise - although few do! It’s a beautiful environment to live and a very convenient location. The community members themselves are always friendly and kind.

Cortland 3131 is an excellent apartment complex to live in. Cortland 3131 has the fastest maintenance EVER! We have never had a request take more than 2 hours and things are always fixed extremely fast. You'll likely want a car when living in this area since it has few transit options.
