After dealing with several subpar management companies over the years, Cortland is by far the best we've experienced. It does feel like they actually care about the people living here, and ensuring that we live in a good community. I love living in this community and love most everything about the service and amenities, however, I do not love the extra monthly cost for valet trash service. Considering the size of this community, it is not necessary, and I have not appreciated this service being forced upon me and my monthly expenses.
Convenience to Toco Hills Shopping Center and I-85 makes your everyday routine a breeze. And when you’re considering your weekend plans, you have plenty of options nearby. Explore all the authentic food offerings of DeKalb Farmers Market, or head into Downtown Decatur for some retail therapy and a taste of its award-winning restaurants. No matter what your day looks like, you’ll come home to the hospitality and service of a community team dedicated to you. I have been a resident at Cortland 3131 for over a year and can't praise them enough for how hard they work to keep the residents happy.

I just move in two months now and I have no complaints. Thank you to the staff I appreciate you very much. This has been a really safe and quiet community. "A modern hotel that is comfortable and reasonably priced. It has almost everything you need! lifts access, carpark, near to town centre, clean, good service." The apartment itself is a great layout and I love having the patio attached. The amenities including the gym and pool are convenient and well maintained. Before I moved to Cortland 3131, I looked at 9 different apartment complexes in person, and did extensive research online. I chose Cortland 3131 because the apartments are beautiful and the grounds are well-kept. The community features, like the pool, look fantastic. What I like most about living at Cortland 3131 is that maintenance does their very best to resolve any issues you may have at the apartment within the same day.

The best community I have lived in the area! This is my 3rd year here and I am looking forward to the next. I have lived here for two years now and Ive never been more satisfied with an apartment and its management. Would definitely recommend any Cortland properties to anyone.
